Path to Power is a two-part ancestral healing session designed to help you identify inherited patterns, repair lineage wounds, and restore your relationship to power, protection, and choice.

This is not about fixing yourself. You are not broken. This ritual is about understanding what you inherited, what was interrupted, and what you are no longer meant to carry alone.

Every session is unique to what you are carrying, and this is a space to feel affirmed, given clear guidance, and release energetic and spiritual baggage that has been passed down.

Session One: Ancestral Mapping & Insight (60 minutes)

The first session focuses on your astrology, intuitive reading, and ancestral themes.

Together, we explore:

  • Lineage patterns showing up through your birth chart (astrology) and current life themes

  • Survival strategies inherited from ancestors (silence, hyper-independence, people-pleasing, over-responsibility, etc.)

  • Where power, voice, or safety may have been disrupted or constrained in your lineage

  • What is yours to heal, and what is not yours to continue carrying

  • You will leave with an action plan, homework, and affirmation that will aid in the integration of the information we uncover together.

This session helps you name where the pattern began, how it adapted to survive, and where you still have agency to choose differently.

Session Two: Lineage Repair & Integration (30 minutes)

The second session is a gentle ancestral energy healing and integration.

This is a grounded, nervous-system-aware space focused on:

  • Releasing inherited emotional and energetic weight

  • Cutting any energetic cords that need to be released

  • Repairing energetic boundaries between you and your lineage

  • Anchoring insight into the body so healing feels supportive, not destabilizing

This is where awareness becomes embodied repair, so you are not left holding heavy truths without support.

Together, these sessions help you:

  • Understand which patterns are inherited vs. self-created

  • Release ancestral burdens that drain your energy

  • Make decisions from lineage-supported self-trust, not inherited fear
